4. Third-Party Cookies
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Our sub-processors (AI providers, payment processor) do not set cookies on our domain.
5. Webchat Widget Cookies
When our Webchat Widget is embedded on a third-party website:
- The Widget uses local storage (not cookies) to maintain the chat session
- No tracking cookies are set by the Widget
- Session data is stored under the key
omnicore_session_{widget_token} - The Widget does not track visitors across websites
6. Cookie Consent
- Strictly necessary cookies (§3.1) do not require consent as they are essential for the Service to function
- Functional storage (§3.2) is used for user-initiated preferences (language, theme) and falls under the "strictly necessary" exemption for functionality the user has explicitly requested
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies that would require consent under PECR
